Get found online, and get time back.

Most small businesses lose customers they never hear about: the search that shows a competitor, the AI answer that leaves them out, the enquiry that waits a day for a reply. We fix all three, with websites and shops built to be found and the busywork behind them automated.

Table 2 — How we work

Every project starts with understanding your business.

The details differ by service, but the shape is the same.

A conversation about your business, what's not working and what you'd like to change.

  2. R1Then

    Scope

We look at what you have now and agree what to do, in what order, with a quote.

  3. R2Build

    Build

We build it, checking in with you as it takes shape.

  4. R3After

    Hand over and support

We train your team, hand it over and support you once it's live.

Sheet 3 — Recent work

Demos and client work.

Each project says what it is: a demo we built to show what's possible, or a website made for a client.

Scarth's shop search answering a plain-English request for walking boots, with ranked results and the reason for each
Demo

Conversational product search for a walking shop

A search box for an online walking shop that understands requests like "boots for wide feet, rocky paths, under £180". It shows how it read the request, narrows the range step by step and explains why each product fits.

Fettle Trade Supply's assistant answering a tradesperson's question with parts, stock levels and lead times
Demo

AI shopping assistant for a trade counter

Liftbay's workshop board showing the day's jobs on each ramp at a Kendal garage
Demo

Liftbay, workshop software for an independent garage

Garage management software with a clean, modern look. A live workshop board shows every ramp, jobs move by drag and drop, and each job runs from parts and pricing to an invoice that's paid and handed over.

What is GEO, and does a small business need it?

More people now ask ChatGPT or Gemini for a recommendation instead of searching Google. Here's what generative engine optimisation means, and what a small business should do about it.

General notes — FAQ

Before you ask.

We barely exist online. Where should we start?

Usually with a clear website and a complete Google Business Profile. Those two make the biggest difference for a business that's hard to find. We'll tell you honestly what to do first, and what can wait.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need, so there's no price list. We quote once we understand your business and agree the scope.

Can we update our website ourselves?

Yes. The sites we build run on Strapi, an editor your team logs into to change text, images and pages, with a preview before anything goes live.

Where does our data go when AI is involved?

It's processed in the UK or EU, stored securely and deleted on request. If you need a data processing agreement, we'll sign one.

Do you work with businesses outside the UK?

Yes. We're a UK company and work with businesses anywhere, in English.
